What is online Health & Safety Software?
Online Health and Safety Software means organisations can reduce risk and enhance compliance across multiple sites – saving precious resources and giving control and visibility, in real time. Giving your staff simple access to “cloud-based” data gives power to teams to share information more effectively, reducing duplication of effort and encouraging a stronger safety culture.
What security measures does AssessNET have in place?
Our in-house technical team owns, configures and deploys our UK-based servers. We have the latest ISO 27001:2013 for Information Security Management, as well as 9001:2008 in Quality Management and OHSAS 18001:2007, all 100% UKAS accredited.
Why is AssessNET better than using my own IT department?
AssessNET is categorised as “Software as a Service”, or SaaS, so we provide the service of enhanced developments and regulatory upgrades without the need for your IT department to be involved. AssessNET consists of millions of lines of code, and has evolved over more than 16 years into a comprehensive, yet simple to use system. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel – AssessNET has got it all covered.
How do my colleagues access AssessNET?
We offer a range of routes, depending on your business needs – we would discuss this with you to find out what’s best for your organisation. Access can either be by dedicated secure login and password, with a specified number of concurrent users, or using our Portal facility, which you can read more about in our Modules section.
How does your pricing work?
Depending on your business needs and structure, we have designed a simple and cost-effective range of pricing package options. From small businesses, to large multi-nationals, we offer value for money options, with the ability to grow the number of modules you adopt, as your safety culture evolves. Talk to our Sales Team, to find out what’s best for you.
Why should I choose AssessNET?
Our reputation for excellent customer service is the pinnacle of our success. Unlike many software providers, we believe in being there for our clients every step of the way – from the initial system demonstration, through implementation and the continued use of AssessNET. Our Technical Team place a great emphasis on ensuring that any issues and queries are resolved as soon as possible.
AssessNET has a proven track record, and is constantly being enhanced by our dedicated Technical Team, who are Health and Safety trained. As Health and Safety specialists, we speak your language and can have in-depth conversations to understand your needs. A software house may produce a software package, but does it deliver? We know AssessNET has the power to give you the insights and control that you need.
How easy is it to migrate from my existing system?
We will assign you a dedicated Account Manager, who will help you liaise with our Technical Team. They have worked with hundreds of clients facing the same process, so we have years of experience. We will work closely with you to fully understand your current systems, and then draw up plans to ensure your data integrates with AssessNET and you can seamlessly move forward.
How will AssessNET help my organisation save money?
AssessNET’s range of online tools and modules eradicate the need for spreadsheets and filing cabinets. This means communication between your employees is more efficient, and sharing templates across multiple sites reduces duplication of time and effort. Above all, targeting corrective actions where they are most needed means money is not spent on inappropriate projects – bringing cost savings across the board.
What is your Customer Service process?
From the minute you choose AssessNET, a dedicated Account Manager supports you. Our Account Managers play a crucial role in developing relationships with you once implementation is complete. These relationships enable us to understand clients’ changing business needs. With regular telephone conversations and management meetings, we can ensure that we are providing the best possible level of service. Clients also have direct access via phone or email to our Helpdesk, made up of technical specialists, who will deal with any queries you may have, there and then.
What if I have an idea to enhance AssessNET?
AssessNET’s applications are constantly evolving, ensuring they meet the requirements of our clients. We welcome feedback from clients and users to ensure that our development work is meeting their needs. We take development requests from clients and users on-board to make the system their own.
If you have specific requirements, then you can discuss this with our Sales Team, and they can advise you of the best way to proceed. They can also advise about the costs of such developments, and the timescales involved.
Do you provide training?
Our training programmes can be tailored to cover hundreds of employees, or delivered on a one-to-one basis. With many training methods available, we can deliver directly to your employees, or take a “train the trainer” route, all over a part or multi-day course. Courses are customised to the system configuration and the requirements of the client.
Why should I consider a training package?
AssessNET is a very versatile on-line Health and Safety Management Software system. There are many features and characteristics that make it easy to use, however users do not always have the time or knowledge to discover all of its unique features.
We offer a range of courses where delegates will receive in-depth training covering modules’ function relevant to your organisation at your training venue or workplace. This will provide your user base with a hands-on opportunity to learn how AssessNET can streamline your workload.
What AssessNET training options are there?
We can offer AssessNET training via a range of media including:
- Webinar Training
- Onsite Training
- Offsite Training Facility
Who provides the training?
AssessNET accredited trainers who offer the very best in training, as well as an insight into current projects and developments, will present the course. The course can take place either at your training venue, or via our online training suite and numbers are not limited, in order to provide maximum interaction and exposure.
What does the course cover?
The course programme takes delegates from a rudimentary overview to a more in-depth instruction of each module. This will enable delegates to have the necessary information to be able to fully utilise AssessNET. Practical applications and case studies are used to offer further insight into the versatility of AssessNET.
How much does training cost?
If your organisation has minimum numbers that need to be trained, we can offer you a half-day’s training. Please note that this will be subject to the availability of a trainer being in the area.
To book an Awareness Course, please contact us on 0845 880 0970 or alternatively you can use our Contact page, or the help system from within AssessNET.
